These terms and conditions govern the use of the Boost DXB website and services provided by Mofo Wellness, including classes, workshops, and private sessions. Please read the terms in full before you use this Website. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this Website. Using the Website implies that you accept these terms. We update these terms often, so please refer back to them in the future.
1. General Terms
The terms apply to all services including Megaform classes, Microform classes, Reformer classes, Group classes, One-on-One Stretching, Private sessions, and workshops offered by Mofo Wellness, operating under the trademark Boost DXB.
Mofo Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or on our website:

2. Site Access
You will be able to access the majority of this Website without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of this Website will only be accessible once you have registered.
Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website or use the website without parental consent.
3. Use of Website
You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.
No part of this Website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.
4. Opening Timing
Details of session times at the Studio may vary from time to time. Session times will be published by the Studio and will be available on the website at

5. Account Creation
You warrant that the Personal Data which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Data by updating these details on your online account.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
6. Payment Terms
Details of session prices and gift certificate prices are available either at
www.boostdxb.com,
at the BOOST app, or directly from the Studio and will be such prices as determined by the Company from time to time.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED, and at the studio in AED.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
7. Memberships and Packages
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, when a person has completed the Registration Form he/she will become a Member of the Studio. Acceptance of a person as a Member is in the absolute discretion of the Company.
If a Member brings a guest to the Studio for a session, that guest must—before the commencement of the relevant session—become a Member in accordance with and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
A Member may not attend any session at the Studio without a booking and paying for the relevant session using one of the class packages offered by the Studio.
Each package has a different validity period, which starts from the first day of booking, as stated at the time of purchase.
Memberships and packages are non-transferable, not sharable, and not refundable.
Packages or memberships may be frozen only under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons) and require prior written approval from management.
8. Bookings and Attendance
8.1 Pre-Booking Requirement: Pre-booking is required for all classes. Pre-booking can only be done with a pre-paid package. No bookings can be made without pre-payment or without an active package. Packages can be purchased at reception, on the BOOST App, or through the web portal

8.2 Check-In Policy: Members are requested to be on time. We allow a 5-minute grace period. Arrival to class after 5 minutes will result in the loss of your spot and the credit will not be returned. If a Member fails to check in on time, your spot may be given to a walk-in client. New members should arrive at the Studio at least 10 minutes before the start of their class in order to go through a brief orientation with the instructor; otherwise entry will not be permitted.
9. Promotions & Discounts
Concessionary discounts are offered on occasions for drop-in classes, class packages, workshops, and retail. Where required for the discount, suitable identification must be provided at the studio to prove eligibility—concessionary discounts cannot be applied for online orders placed on this website.

Promotions cannot be combined or backdated.
10. Gift Vouchers
Please protect your Gift Voucher and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. The gift voucher will expire as indicated on the voucher. If the assigned voucher is for a package, the package expiration dates apply.
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is for a monetary amount, that amount will be put into your BOOST account to be used at your discretion for Boost. We do not give change or refunds on gift vouchers.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift voucher which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated, or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
We reserve the right to amend the gift voucher terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
Payments for sessions and gift certificates in any amount are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this rule.
11. Minimum Age to Purchase
Members must be over 18 or have their parent’s/guardian’s written consent before becoming a Member of the Studio.
12. Cancellation Policy and Late Arrivals
It is important to note that while we acknowledge that unexpected events or illness can occur, our cancellation policy will still be applied consistently. We are unable to handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis. We kindly request all members and clients to adhere to our cancellation policy to help maintain a fair and reliable schedule for our trainers and other individuals utilizing our services. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure that classes and personal training sessions run efficiently and effectively.
12.1 Group Classes & Stretching: Boost employs a 12-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and Stretching appointments. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame will result in the loss of a class credit as outlined in your membership terms. We allow a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, the studio reserves the right to give the late Member’s spot to another Member.
12.2 Private Sessions: Boost employs a 24-hour cancellation policy for all one-on-one private sessions. If the required 24-hour notice is not provided, the Member will be charged the full fee for that appointment. Members who are late and have notified a Boost staff member will only be allotted their scheduled time and forfeit the time lost.
12.3 How to Cancel: Cancellations must be authenticated through the Member account on the Boost App, through the website portal, or by sending a cancellation email to
info@boostdxb.com (business hours only). Cancellation through your instructor will not be registered.
12.4 Same-Day Swap: A class can be swapped for the same day as long as the studio has been informed 2 hours in advance. Class swap will be accepted only if another spot is available within the same day.
13. Use of Facilities
A Member is entitled to use the Studio’s facilities provided always that the Studio may at any time without notice withdraw all or part of its facilities for any period or periods and—with notice, where practicable—in connection with any cleaning, repair, alteration, or maintenance work or for reasons beyond the control of the Studio or the Company.
Children under the age of 18 may participate in our group classes with a parent and/or guardian consent.
As per UAE law, nudity is not allowed and is strictly prohibited in the changing rooms (or anywhere) in the Studio.
No license is granted for the use of any photographic, digital, or other images of any kind of the premises (taken inside or outside the Studio) for commercial or promotional use.
14. Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are brought onto the Studio premises at the Member’s own risk and the Company does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
15. Class Etiquette
Arrive on time to avoid disrupting the class. Late arrivals, past the 5-minute grace timing, will not be permitted once the class begins.
Mobile phones should be kept on silent and stored away during class. If you need to use your phone for non-class related activity, please step out of the studio, keeping disruption to a minimum.
Keep chatting in class to a minimum as it can be disruptive to other Members.
Be respectful to instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in suspension of your membership.
Grip socks are mandatory in all our Classes. Members should not attend Private sessions, group classes, or Assisted Stretching sessions barefoot.
All injuries must be reported to your trainer before the class starts.
Disinfectant wipes are provided in each room. Please wipe off your equipment at the end of your class.
Towels are provided to all Members; please place them in the designated laundry baskets after use.
16. Safety and Hygiene
For your safety, you must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before attending a class.
Equipment is cleaned regularly. Members are encouraged to wipe down equipment after use.
Smoking is forbidden in the Studio at all times.
Members must adhere to all studio safety guidelines as instructed by staff.
17. Fitness and Health
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, Members hereby confirm that they have no health problems which may affect their participation in any sessions at the Studio. It is the Member’s sole responsibility to notify the Studio before attending any session of any circumstances affecting their health.
Members are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activity without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition and wellbeing. Members with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities should not attend class. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult their doctor. Please follow the instructions of the instructor at all times.
18. Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Mofo Wellness owns the registered trademark Boost Boundless Movement and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to the name, logo, website content, designs, graphics, written materials, and any other proprietary content. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or display of the Boost Boundless Movement trademark, logo, or any associated content, whether in digital or physical form, is strictly prohibited and will constitute a violation of intellectual property rights.
By accessing Boost’s website, engaging with its services, or purchasing its products, you agree to respect Mofo Wellness’s intellectual property rights. Use of any Boost trademarks, logos, or materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Mofo Wellness LLC. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
19. Studio Closures or Class Cancellations
Boost reserves the right to cancel classes or close the studio for operational reasons or emergencies. In such cases, affected clients will be notified promptly, and rescheduling or class credits will be offered.

21. Governing Jurisdiction
